true, but the US just got named the most imprisioned (per capita) country in the world by objective academic study sponsored by u.s. government. what say you?

I will not deny there are way too many prisons in the USA, but this is a big country, Cuba is only an Island, besides we were speaking of Cuba not the USA.
What say yee?
